Position: Multimedia Journalist NPG of Yuma-El Centro in Yuma, Arizona has an immediate opening for a full-time bilingual Multimedia Journalist. We’re looking for an articulate Multimedia Journalist with good camera presence and a firm grasp of current events. Candidate must have strong news judgment and solid writing and video skills. You must be able to multitask. You have to be able to get news covered, get it on the air, and maintain a smooth delivery. The candidate we choose must be able to shoot and edit his or her own material. Our company doesn’t have a strict experience requirement for this position but Spanish proficiency is a must for this position. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and pass a drug test and background check. We are a facility new to broadcast news but we are owned by a very progressive company that’s not afraid to try new technology to enhance our product. Position: Account Executive
The Sales Department of KYMA-TV NBC 11 and KSWT-TV CBS 13 in Yuma, AZ and El Centro, CA has an immediate opening for an Account Executive in our El Centro office.
KYMA-KSWT Account Executives generate revenue for the stations through the sale of commercial airtime to local advertisers within KYMA-KSWT’s coverage area. Account Executives do this by developing, managing and maintaining new and pre-existing client accounts. Account Executive responsibilities include: the knowledge of current station programming and advertising rates, knowledge of television ratings, market conditions and media competition, the organization of station information into oral and written presentation forms for the client, the timely completion of internal paperwork including insertion orders, traffic instructions, sales forecasting and other reports requested by sales management and attendance at sales meetings scheduled by the General Sales Manager.
Account Executive candidates must possess an enthusiastic and positive attitude, strong written and oral communication skills, organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Prior broadcast sales experience preferred but not a requirement. A car in working order, automobile insurance, and a valid driver’s license required. The candidate must pass a drug test and a background check.

The Sales Department of KECY-TV FOX 9 in Yuma, AZ and El Centro, CA has
an immediate opening for an Account Executive.
Job Description:
KECY-TV FOX 9 Account Executives are responsible for generating revenue
from the sale of television airtime to local advertisers within KECY-TV’s coverage
area through the development of an active list of customers and prospects.
Responsibilities include; knowledge and preparation of station advertising rates,
current programming, Nielsen, market competition, and the organization of this
information into oral and written presentation form for the client sell; the timely
completion of internal paperwork including weekly sales planners and any other
reports requested by the Local Sales Manager; and, attending sales meetings as
called by the Local Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
Candidates must possess an enthusiastic and positive attitude, strong written
and oral communication, organizational and time management skills, and the
ability to work under pressure. Prior broadcast sales experience preferred. A car
